My Favorite Hair Care Products

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetHola Divas,

So if you don’t already know your girl is a product junkie! Yes I have finally admitted it. I can’t stop trying new products and now that I am involved with a Natural hair club at my school I think it’s gotten worse. We just recently had a product swap and I got to try out some new products that I’ve heard of and wanted to try but didn’t want to spend the coins and waste my money. I will also feature some products that I heard of from my girl Joynavon. If you have 4 type hair especially 4C or 4B I recommend you follow her because sis has changed the whole hair game for me. She and my friends gave me the courage to try and put my hair up in a puff and I actually kind of accomplished it. And as I type now I am trying something new. Rod setting my hair! Y’all stop me while I’ ahead please lol!

Shampoo/ Conditioner

Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner :  This conditioner has done wonders for my hair and I’m so happy I’ve found it. I leave it on 45 min with castor oil and a shower cap.

Curls Blueberry Bliss Reparative Hair Wash  : I’m not sure why I haven’t blogged about this shampoo yet, but I’m finally doing it. Sis, this shampoo will leave your hair feeling so soft. Bonus it smells like a bath and body works bubble bath we used to use back in the day.

Moisturizer

Jane Carter Curls to Go Curl Cocktail Conditioning Styling Cream: This moisturizer smells great and also nourishes your curls. I love to use this product when I pull my hair up in a puff it really help to define my curls.

Anti-Breakage & Repair Antidote Leave In Conditioner: I was a little cautious about this line at first because well I just didn’t think it would work on my hair. Most of the influencers I see who use this line have 3-4A hair so I was highly doubtful. But I gave it a try and fell in love with the whole Egyptian line. Especially the 24k jell ,you can purchase the entire Egyptian line by clicking on the link above.!

Aloe Vera Juice: OMG my hair has been loving aloe Vera. If you don’t know I grew up in the suburbs so the only time I heard of aloe Vera was for my Caucasian friends and their sunburns. I never knew until I decide to educate myself what all this miracle plant does. I’ve made this my everyday water use ,mixed with jojoba oil and peppermint oil to help make my hair easier to manage when I need to comb through. I suggest everyone try to use it on your curls you’re gonna love it plus you get a gallon for less than $10 dollars!

Oils:

POMADE TO OIL TREATMENT W/ MONGONGO OIL: When I say this oil has changed my entire life believe me it has. It not only nourishes every strand but it add shine. If you like your hair to have a shine or glow this is a product you’d like.

Jell:

I know everyone raves about Eco Styler all the time but you should try it for yourself and you might like it as well. I personally have tried the argon oil and the castor oil and find they both do different things for my hair.  The argon oil actually holds my hair back when I pull it up. The Castor oil and flaxseed helps to define my curls. I believe my hair texture being so coarse it’s too strong for the product to hold it back.

All of these products are my personal preferences they help with my high porosity, 4C curl, thick hair.

Drop some of your favorite products in the comments so I can check them out!

XOXO
